HAPPY THANKSGIVING!
 A.J.,
Larry, A.J. IV and the entire
Foyt Racing team extend their
best wishes to you and your
families for a happy and healthy
Thanksgiving. We wish you safe
travels during the busy holiday
weekend.
The entire Foyt family will
celebrate Thanksgiving Day
together at the main Foyt ranch
about 30 minutes outside of
Houston. That means Larry Foyt
will be flying in from North
Carolina (he is the only Foyt
living outside of Texas). A.J.
IV plans to extend the
festivities by hosting a party
(with a live band) at his ranch
house for his friends the Friday
after Thanksgiving.
Although A.J. IV has invited his
grandfather to the party, A.J.
will probably head out to West
Texas to his hunting ranch.
Usually A.J. relaxes by working
his heavy equipment and hunting
for quail or deer. However,
there will be no hunting for him
this season since he is still
recovering from rotator cuff
surgery on his right arm.
On a final note, we at Foyt
Racing send a special thanks to
our troops in Iraq and
Afghanistan as well as all of
our Armed Forces who are
protecting us so that we may
live in the greatest country in
the world. Despite the
challenges that we may face in
our own lives, we still have a
lot to be grateful for.
