Welcome to my website. I am Terry Foyt. Welcome to FOYT REALTY which became a reality for me in July 2006. EAST: Did you know of all the exciting things moving to the east side of Conroe?

The east side of Conroe is growing rapidly. Taxes are reasonable, prices are still affordable. We are listing lots that are high and dry between 10,000 to 14000 per acre. Larger tracts will differ. Call me with any questions you have and I would be glad to answer them for you.

On the West side, I am anxious to earn your business. I love it in Montgomery and recently my daughter bought a house in the Walden subdivision.
